    1. Connect a switch start / stop to terminals 1 and 2; close contact - START equipment (on); open contact - STOP equipment (off)
    2. Connect a 10kOhm potentiometer terminals 5, 6 and 7 to vary the speed of 35 to 50 Hz (60 Hz for the HP)
